My service fees are based on the time, research, and coordination required to plan your trip. The goal is to keep pricing transparent and fair while allowing flexibility based on your travel needs.
INDIVIDUAL & FAMILY TRAVEL
Basic Trip Planning — $40
Ideal for trips with straightforward needs (typically 1—2 travelers requiring flights, accommodations, and round trip transportation).
Moderate to Complex Planning — $60—$80
Additional planning complexity — such as multiple destinations, special requests, extended itineraries, or added components — are subject to an increased service fee.
Service fees for individual or family trips are capped at $80.
GROUP TRAVEL
Group Planning (8 or more travelers) — $100
Group travel requires additional coordination, communication, and vendor management.
MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS
Trips that require multiple reservations, bookings, or confirmations (generally defined as more than three separate credit authorization forms) will be subject to a $100 service fee due to the additional coordination involved.
A Note on Fees
Service fees are not combined, unless a trip involves group travel and an unusually high level of customization or coordination. Any applicable fees will always be discussed during your complimentary consultation call before planning begins.
A Note on Additional Quotes
Travel plans often evolve. Should you wish to explore additional options, make significant changes, or request subsequent quotes beyond the original scope, additional quotes are available for a $20 planning fee per revision. This ensures each option continues to receive the same level of attention and detail.
